Check If You Have Free Access

If your account has a golden checkmark next to it, that means it has Free Access

Can't see a golden checkmark? Fix it like this:

  1. Open the Account Manager

  3. Press "Verify referral code"

If the below method does not fix your issue. Please contact TradeStream support in the bottom-right chatbox or contact us on twitter

Press on the three-dots next to your account

If a green notification pops up it means you now have free access. If a red notification pops up it means you don't.
